We boil brown lentils slowly until they are completely soft and very easy to eat. Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions are chopped manually into small, even pieces. The cut vegetables are mixed smoothly with the cool prepared lentils in a large bowl. We make a simple dressing using fresh olive oil, lemon juice, and dried green herbs. This fresh salad is served nicely chilled in a clean bowl.

We make our dough completely fresh daily to create soft and thoroughly fluffy steamed buns. Inside, we carefully add a filling of warm mushrooms and soft tofu cooked in gentle soy sauce. The buns are placed inside a bamboo steamer until they become completely warm and soft. We serve these light savory snacks right inside the wooden steamer basket to keep them warm. They are simple to eat by hand.

Vegetable Ramen

Our soup base is naturally created by boiling fresh root vegetables for several long hours. We cook the wheat noodles separately until they perfectly reach a soft but slightly chewy texture. The hot noodles are placed into a deep bowl and covered with the completely warm vegetable broth. We add gently cooked sweet corn, soft spinach, and bamboo shoots directly on top. This comforting meal is served very hot.
